At Vantage Pointe Pool and Racquet Club, we are committed to creating a thriving and well-maintained neighborhood where residents truly feel at home. Whether it’s managing common areas, organizing community events, or addressing residents’ concerns, Vantage Pointe Pool and Racquet Club is dedicated to making our neighborhood a place where families can live, connect, and grow together. At Vantage Pointe, our amenities are designed to promote relaxation, recreation, and a vibrant social life. We feature six tennis courts, two of which are converted for pickle ball. Our 38’ x 63’ swimming pool ranges from 3½ feet to 10 feet deep, offering a perfect retreat for both relaxation and exercise. The pool deck also includes a five person Jacuzzi, two grilling areas, and plenty of lounging chairs for residents to enjoy. Our clubhouse serves as a social hub, hosting parties, bingo nights, and member meetings. Inside, you’ll find a TV, pool table, ping pong table, a small workout room, and two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and sauna.
Another incredible amenity is our location. We are located just across the street from the “World’s Most Famous Beach,” which you can drive on! A dedicated beach access walkway provides residents with a quick and easy way to enjoy a day of relaxing, playing, fishing, exercising, or taking a long scenic walk along the shoreline. Just one mile away, you’ll find a shopping center that includes Publix, Walgreens, Marshalls, Five Below, and several other stores, making every day errands incredibly convenient. We’re also just two miles from the iconic Daytona Beach Boardwalk, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and live concerts held at the Band shell. On Saturday evenings during the summer, enjoy a festive fireworks display.
Located nine miles away is the beautiful Ponce Inlet, a nature lover’s paradise where you can picnic, BBQ, swim, hike, fish, and witness manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The area also features a historic lighthouse, museum, and waterfront restaurants. Eighteen miles south is New Smyrna Beach often referred to as the Shark Capital of the World Flagler Avenue, its main street, is lined with boutiques, restaurants, bars, and hotels. Like Daytona, you can also drive directly on the beach here. If you’re in the mood for a day trip, St. Augustine is just 51 miles away. This charming historic city offers unique shopping, dining, art, live music, and cultural experiences such as the Castillo de San Marcos. You can also enjoy a guided trolley tour, explore the city’s rich history, or join one of the many ghost tours.
Only 59 miles from us is Orlando, home to world-famous attractions like Disney World, SeaWorld, and Epcot, as well as the Orlando International Airport, perfect for weekend getaways or family vacations. For racing fans, Daytona International Speedway is just seven miles away. It’s the home of the Daytona 500, Coke 400, and many other high-profile races, events, and concerts throughout the year.
Directly across from the Speedway is Daytona One, a lively destination featuring a movie theater, shops, bars, and restaurants. During the summer, enjoy art festivals, live music, and other exciting community events. For motorcycle enthusiasts, Main Street is only two miles away and serves as the epicenter of Bike Week. This vibrant area is lined with bars, live music venues, and shops selling leather apparel and motorcycle gear. It also hosts events like Jeep Week and many other gatherings throughout the year.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay my HOA dues?
As of right now we are working on implementing Auto Pay, Direct Deposit and Zelle for your convenience and to streamline how we accept payments. For the time being, we are accepting Checks, Money Orders and Cashier Checks. Absolutely NO CASH!! We will notify owners when we are fully automated. How can I submit a maintenance request?
Residents can submit maintenance requests through our online portal or by contacting the HOA office by Email. Our team will review and address the request as quickly as possible.
Where can I find community rules and regulations?
All governing documents, including HOA bylaws, community guidelines, and architectural standards, are available in the Documents & Policies section of our website.
How do I report a community issue or violation?
If you notice a rule violation or have a community-related concern, you can submit a report via our online form or contact our HOA management team. All reports are handled with discretion.
Can I rent out my property within the community?
Yes, you can rent your unit. Rentals are a MINIMUM of 1 Month! There are NO weekly or weekend rentals permitted. Please refer to the HOA’s rental guidelines in the Rules & Regulations section or contact us for clarification on leasing policies.
